The Whistleblowing Channel is an anonymous communication tool through which employees, customers, partners or suppliers can report, without the need for identification, situations with signs of illegality, of any nature, related to the Institution’s activities.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

The registration of the complaint must be made on the internet, by clicking on the link above.<\/p>\n

Confidentiality<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n\n

BGC hired an independent company to receive the complaints. This company has the premise and obligation to ensure the confidentiality of whistleblowers and to ensure that all information and documentation received will be treated with the due exemption, confidentiality and independence by BGC.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

\n

When submitting a report, the employee, contractor, customer, user, partner or supplier does not have to identify himself or give out his personal information. Efforts will be made to conduct subsequent investigations to preserve the whistleblower’s confidentiality and anonymity.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
