The Loss Recovery Mechanism (MRP), administered by BSM Market Supervision, aims to ensure that investors are compensated for losses resulting from the actions or omissions of participants in the markets managed by B3, subject to the conditions, requirements, and deadlines established by the applicable regulations.
Compensation requests are analyzed by BSM through a specific review process and may be submitted by investors who believe they have suffered losses that qualify under the MRP rules.
